Continued prayer requested for Kathy Medero. CAT scan shows she had an acute stroke last night and having an MRI today to confirm. Please pray her infection has not gone to her brain.

Prayers requested for Kevin and Connie Kerr. (Connie attends with Jeff and Nancy Jordan.) Connie has a heart catheterization this morning at Oak Hill Hospital. Her husband, Kevin, was taken yesterday to Bayonet Point because of shortness of breath from congestive heart failure. Kevin was scheduled for his own heart catheterization on Thursday, but it has been changed to today. Pray God's grace, peace, and healing during these procedures especially since they are stuck at different hospitals.

For Kathy Medero, Chatted with her yesterday via txt. Her spirit was high, although she will be in hospital still a bit longer, and not sure how long. They have found another infection and this one is dealing with mold in her lungs. I hope I got this right. Kathy said that she was joking to the nurses that she should take up a residence and move into the penthouse. The next thing she knows she's being moved to a private room in the North Tower, Room #561. God is good!

Please keep my granddaughter Breanna in prayer. (Mother of my Triplet grandsons). Breanna had a tumor behind her left eye when she was about 6 years old. Most of the mass was removed but part of it was left alone to prevent disfigurement to her face. The mass has started to grow again and the doctors are trying to shrink it with steroids. (The Triplets are now 6 years old). Please pray the steroids will work to shrink the mass and that Breanna will be able to continue raising her boys to adulthood.

Please keep Sandra Wall in your prayers as she faces what may be the flu or COVID. Lord, be near to her during this difficult time. Give her comfort, restful sleep, and the strength she needs each day. Calm any anxiety, ease her symptoms, and fill her heart with hope as she moves forward feeling like herself again soon.

Please keep Heather Korndoerfer in your prayers as she's sick and also dealing with a dog bite. May God wrap her in his loving arms, comfort her, ease her pain, and surround her with His healing presence. Give her strength, protect her from complications, and bring her back to good health and among us soon.

Lord, please place Your healing hands upon Delia as she battles a respiratory infection, ease her breathing, strengthen her body, and surround her with Your peace and comfort. May she make a quick and complete recovery and be back among us soon, healthy and strong..

Hello my beautiful church family. I just want to echo the praise of Cassie and to thank all of you so much for your prayers and texts. They mean so much to me - each one brightens my day. I had no idea a little over a year ago when I walked into this church the impact that all of you would have on me. I thank God for bringing me here and getting me through my down and negative times. I will never lose my trust in God that he will pull me through this and so much of my recovery has been made brighter by all of you. Thank you for being so awesome and you all mean so much to me. God bless you all. I praise God it's all in his plan and I know he will turn it for good. God bless you all!

Praise the Lord for our church family! Kathy has given many testimonies of y'all calling, texting, visiting, etc. She appreciates it SO MUCH! I gotta say...Y'all make serving the SHBC family a sweet place to be. Let's keep serving Jesus together and loving each other.

Update regarding Kathy Medero. Another culture of her lungs has revealed mold in the lining of her airway. Pray she will figure out where she's contracting this mold. Kathy will need a bronchoscope with suction procedure to vacuum out the residue in her lungs once meds have killed the mold and fungus. Pray God gives her strength for this procedure and peace every time she thinks about it.

Update on Kathy Medero. She anticipated moving to rehab today, but doctors received her culture results back showing her lung infection to be fungal. Therefore, she has a minimum of 7 more days at Oak Hill for different treatment regime plus rehab time on top of that. Pray for healing and Kathy's ability to see God's daily grace and help. She is discouraged.

Grace Mastrangelo passed away early this morning. Please be praying for her family.

Please keep Kathy Medero in your prayers. She had hoped to be released today, but Doctor said no yet. She is discouraged. She would love texts or visits.

Update: Kathy Medero. She is feeling well enough to be antsy for home, lonely, missing being able to serve at church, and ready for her own bed. Her oxygen needs have not improved the last 24 hours, but she thanks everyone for their prayers.

I ask for prayer for my brother. him and his wife are on the brink of a divorce I pray that they get there marriage worked out and that this situation draws them back to God

Thank you all for praying for my Brother-in-law and our family. Praises to God for help in the time of need! Brother Bob received 3 stints in his heart artery’s and is home now doing much better! And my family is experiencing Grace and love from the Lord. Each day is another testimony to Jesus’s love and goodness! Thank you Jesus!

Update on Kathy Medero. Her need for oxygen has decreased from 7 liters to 5. Pray she can maintain 4 liters while walking, so she can be released from the hospital. Her heart blockage is under 60 percent. Doctors do not stent till 70 percent blockage is reached, so her current blockage will be managed with medicine. She is praising God for her progress and family support, but please pray her lungs continue to clear. She still has lots of mucus and wheezing.

Please pray for my brother in law Bob Oleary. He is in hospital now with heart difficulties. They checking now for blockage. He is a believer! Also pray for my sister Claudia and her family as they are also deeply concerned. And also I would like prayers for my family as well ! Thank you all

Please join me in praying every day this week before our feet hit the floor. That God will equip each of us with what we need to hold on and walk with him each day.

Loren got home from the nursing home yesterday and is doing OK rehabbing at home. Thank you for all your prayers.

Please pray for Kimbra. She was throwing up most of the night. Seems she ate something bad.

Update on Kathy Medero. She will be in ICU another day or 2. She sees progress and then declines. Trying to avoid being intubated. Talking is too much exertion. She is only able to text or write. Daughter has been with her since yesterday. Pray. Pray. Pray for her healing, God's grace and peace, and wisdom for the doctors.

Continue to pray for healing and peace for Kathy Medero, and wisdom for her doctors. She is being transferred to Oak Hill's ICU this morning.

Praise! Cindy Woolwine got back surgery approved for Monday! Pray surgery is successful with complete healing.

Please pray for Lisa, Cindy Woolwine's friend. She is having complications from her surgery yesterday and is in excruciating pain. Please pray the pain will subside and doctors will have wisdom to know how to help her.

Keep praying for Kathy Medero. She will be at Oak Hill, Room 323, south, at least a week. She has two issues. Pray her lung congestion dissipates, and she will not need so much oxygen. Second pray for the doctor's to have wisdom about what procedure to use to fix blood flow blockage currently giving her short periods of afib.

Kathy Medero was taken by ambulance this morning to Oak Hill Hospital with lung congestion causing her to struggle with breathing. She does have COPD. Please pray for healing and wisdom for the doctors. Last information I had, she was still in ER.

Update on my son Sammy - his kidney transplant was successful. Please continue to pray for him as he goes through his recovery.

My granddaughter works with a married couple at Oak Hill Hospital who just learned that their 15 month old daughter has been diagnosed with leukemia. Please keep her and her parents in your prayers.

Thank the Lord! Doctors found the cause of Margarita's leg pain and yesterday removed a blood clot in her leg which was reducing circulation by 70%. Pray God will give her grace to remain off her feet and quiet for the next 3 days as instructed by her doctor and for the success of a future procedure to put a stint in that leg.

** Praise God !! ** I lost most of the vision in my right eye 4 years ago in July, and it has been getting worse the past several months. Also, I have had trouble turning my head to the right because of my neck. Today I took a short nap and something woke me up early. I started noticing my eyesight "felt" different. The vision in my right eye has suddenly improved tremendously. Something told me to try and turn my head to the right, and I was able to move it more than I have in a very long time. Praise God almighty for sending his son Jesus with his healing power to visit me. The presence of the Holy Spirit has been strong since. Please join with me in giving God the glory for this unexpected healing and display of his grace.

Please pray for my son Tristan, after a successful job interview he had a car accident. No one else was involved and he did not get hurt. He's pretty shook up though. Asking for a spirit of calmness over him as he deals with new experiences as a young man

Pray for all brothers /sisters off all churches and have the Holy Spirit in there hearts to repent and humble themselves to Christ not man because a man is just a man with knowledge that can learn it anywhere but true knowledge comes from the heart and our lord and savior amen and stay humble in Christ !!!

Please pray for Tina and Ernie (Michigan acquaintances of the Gee family). Ernie's 16-year-old son drowned yesterday. Unsure of the family's spiritual beliefs.

Please pray for J.R. and Cassandra Lanzetta. J.R. has received difficult health news. There are many unspoken requests related to this news needing God's help, healing, grace, and strength.

Please pray for Don Dunford. (Renee's brother, Kayla and Sarah's Uncle) He is in the hospital with complications from a hernia. Please pray for his healing. Thank you.

Please keep praying for Connie Kerr. She is still at Oak Hill Hospital waiting for autoimmune doctor to release her. Please ask God to give this doctor wisdom to help Connie. Her eye infection is getting better, but gout has been found.

Update - Praise God - Kayla has accepted a new job offer! God is good, and we are so grateful for His provision and guidance. Please pray for Kayla's job interviews. She has 2 this morning and 1 tomorrow. Pray God gives her a new job that is a good fit for her before she becomes discouraged. Thank you.

I have an unspoken prayer request weighing heavy on my heart today. I would appreciate my church family’s prayers regarding the matter.

Please pray for Carmen. She has not been at church this week. Spoke with her this morning and she feels she’s in a dark place right now. I told her to reach out to the Lord. Please pray that she can feel him. she needs the Lord‘s help to stand firm. Also pray for my Neighbor Lorraine‘s brother Bill, who had too many strokes and right now is partially paralyzed. I don’t know if he knows the Lord.

Please pray for Connie Kerr. She is in Oak Hill Hospital with a serious infection around her eye requiring IV antibiotics. She will be there for about a week.

Please pray for our friend’s sister in law, Peggy, who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. Peggy is a strong woman of faith and we are praying that Gods healing Hand be continually upon her during this time.

Update from Ellie Gruber: Adam Hinkle did not revive yesterday. He is with the Lord. Please pray for his wife, Dana Sue, and their 7 children as they grieve and adjust to life without him.

My granddaughter is planning on homeschooling her little ones! She just got an email that they may not have enough funds to cover homeschooling this year,. Praying for all the prayers stipulated above, and I would like my church to pray for Haiti as Pastor Wilnot Is starting a youth camp for 10 days. Pray that they have enough funds to feed all these children, but most importantly that many come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ. May they be blessed with a strong faith and those kids go out into their country and spread the good news of Jesus Christ.

Praise the Lord with me! April Brown safely landed in Germany about 90 minutes ago. She is now making her way to the town where she will be living.

Please be praying for Renee Dunford. She is still in the hospital; diagnosed and begun treatment for C-diff. Please pray for the increase of healthy bacteria and elimination of infectious bacteria in her digestive system. This can be life threatening. Pray healing also for her cauterized ulcers. She is diabetic and healing is slow. Please keep praying the sale agreement on her house finalizes on the agreed upon closing date.
